This Privacy Policy explains how IndexLifts ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit indexlifts.com or request our free Lift Score audit. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and deliver our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the Lift Score / contact form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, business email, website URL, and any message or phone number you choose to provide.
- Automatically collected data. Our host and CDN (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs and security signals such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and available. Aggregate, cookieless traffic analytics may be collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Cookies
indexlifts.com does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics tracking
cookies, and we do not run third-party ad or social pixels. Our analytics are cookieless. Cloudflare
may set strictly-necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm) to protect the site
from automated abuse; these are exempt from consent requirements and are not used to profile you.
Because we set no tracking cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare and deliver your Lift Score.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services for clients.
- To keep the site secure and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third parties who process data for us
- Web3Forms — transmits form submissions to us by email.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, security, and cookieless analytics.
- Google Fonts — serves web fonts; this exposes your IP address to Google at page load. We are migrating to self-hosted fonts to remove this transfer.
Data retention
We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship results, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@indexlifts.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS and protected by Cloudflare. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
